The Packs + Walker team believes the success of any project depends upon the continuity and communications process that occurs during the project life cycle. Our on-site supervision and management team will assume responsibility for the positive outcome for the construction manager.

Continuity is maintained through establishment of clear lines of communication with the owner and the project team. This must be accomplished as early as possible in the project development and planning phase.

Our key staff and project team will be present and familiar with the project during all phases. In the event that a change must be made; staff superintendents and project managers will have the knowledge to resume any unforeseen vacancy that may exist.
