We have an extensive database of historical cost data and product information to assist in determining the best value. The “best price” may not be the “best value” and can only be determined after a proper review. The life cycle cost analysis must be used in order to obtain the best value. Our staff is very experienced and has conducted Value Engineering assessments on all of our CM projects.
